Today another short chocolicious recipe, the recipe is typical Dutch and is called: Arretjescake. This recipe is so easy and cheap. We are convinced that everybody can make it, even if your cooking-skills are not that well (like us)
For students who didn't have an oven: don't worry, this cake doesn't have to be baked in the oven!
To the point, what you need:
- 500 g margarine
- 500 g dry biscuits (cheapest brand)
- 500 g dark sugar
- 70 g cacao
- 2 eggs
- 15 g vanilla sugar
How to make it:
Step 1: Break the biscuits into small pieces
Step 2: Let the margarine melt very gently
Step 3: Mix the cacao, sugar, biscuits, eggs, vanilla sugar and the melted margarine in one large mixingbowl.
Step 4: When mixed, put the dough in a cake tin
Step 5: Put it in the fridge for at least 2 to 3 hours.
